Summer Retreat Recap!!!!

Wow....we have finally gotten some sleep and just wanted to thank all of you who attended our Scrap Sistaz Summer retreat at Hytatt Gainey Ranch this past weekend. WE had a BLAST!! We hope that you all had a lot of fun hanging out with old friends and meeting some new ones too.

When the doors opened at noon on Friday we were ready for a stampede and by 2:00 we had about 20 scrappers already getting to work. EARLY BIRD PRIZE WINNER was Melanie Volz, who won a basket of stamps, paper and other goodies. We kicked off the weekend at 6:00 and played a little Getting to Know you game later on the evening. Lee Gillingham won the GETTING TO KNOW YOU GAME and received a shirt appropriately titled "What Happens at the Crop Stays at the Crop"

Saturday morning started with the group photo outside in the 90+ degree weather. Thanks for putting up with us guys...next year we'll look for a spot indoors! Susan Mast had a fabulous mini album class, Patti from I-Scrap did a Sure Cuts A Lot demo and we had lots of make in takes sponsored by Devine Memories, Krista Koenig and A Scrappin Affair throughout the weekend.

GRAND PRIZE WINNER Christine Prezant was happy to get our beautiful flower pot and then thrilled when she realized that there was money hidden in the flowers totaling $100!!!

As you can tell we had a fabulous time and can't wait to see everyone again for our Scrap Sistaz Summer retreat 2010!!!!!!!!!! Yahoo!!
